Finally, Administrative and HR jobs in Cebu make the cut because these are the essential support systems that hold up a company at all times, whether in recession or growth.  Administrative staff must be detail-oriented, organized, and systematic.  The same holds true for HR professionals – but they must have the ability to read people, size up their skills, and make the necessary selection of professionals that can contribute towards making the company a winning organization.
