Terms & Conditions for JobsDB Employers Reward Program
- 1. The JobsDB Loyalty Program is managed and operated by JobsDB Philippines, Inc.
- 2. The program is open to registered JobsDB Corporate Members in the Philippines.
- 3. All plan subscribers within the 2009 are eligible to earn points.
- 4. All redemption requests must be received by JobsDB on or before December 31, 2009 to be considered valid.
- 5. Items which are limited in quantity will be offered on a first come first serve basis. Stock availability is subject to change without prior notice. All redemption orders are subject to the final decision of JobsDB.
- 6. Once a redemption form is received, no cancellation or alteration is allowed.
- 7. In the event that selected gifts are out of stock, the Member may redeem alternative gift of equal bonus points. The accumulated bonus points will be based on JobsDB's record.
- 8. JobsDB does not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever arising from or otherwise in connection with the quality of the products
redeemed. Any dispute or claim in respect of the products should be directed to the relevant supplier/s.
- 9. Member must collect the item(s) / Voucher(s) at JobsDB Phils office. A confirmation email will be sent to Member upon successful submission
of redemption form. Member must collect the items / Voucher(s) within 30 calendar days from the date of confirmation email. Items /
Voucher(s) not collected within the specified period will be forfeited and Member will not be compensated.
- 10.Subscribers must follow the guidelines, rules and regulations as proscribed by the concerned establishments (if applicable).
- 11.JobsDB reserve the right to modify the Program's structure, benefits and other features, including these Terms and Conditions at any time.
JobsDB will use reasonable efforts to notify Members of material changes. However, it is the responsibility of the Members to keep
themselves up-to-date in respect of the Terms and Conditions of the program. Any use of the Program by a Member will be deemed as
acceptance of any amendment.
- 12. Points are not convertible to cash.
- 13. In the event of any dispute or arbitration arising from the Program, JobsDB's decision shall be final.
