TNT began its Philippine operation 25 years ago, marked significantly with a move to its current office in 1997. TNT Express Worldwide Philippines Inc now occupies 4,300 square meters at a prime cargo center located in Ninoy Aquino International Airport and has an available warehouse area of 1,200 square meters. TNT Philippines has 400 employees, 75 vehicles and 115 flights per week. It has four satellite offices: Laguna, Makati, Shaw and Cebu.

In July 2005, TNT Philippines is the first company in its industry to be recognized by the International Quality Centre - a UK based international recognition panel for the Investors in People (IiP) Standard. The Netherlands-based company was noted for practicing effective people management and development. TNT Philippines gained IiP re-certification in March 2007.
In 2006, the company achieved another milestone after it was awarded the ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:1999 by AJA Registrars Inc, a third party certifying body operating on a global perspective. The ISO and OHSAS certification affirms TNT's commitment to provide quality of service while fully ensuring that every process undertaken corresponds to world-class health and safety standards. |
