SLI has a total consultant work force of 223 people assigned to local operations. This number is distributed among some of the top corporations in the country.
Aside from their regular bodyshop services, the company has pioneered and succeeded in implementing a less costly alternative, the Train and Assign Program (TAP). This program involves the training and assignment of highly qualified fresh graduates to their client sites on a fixed duration and cost basis.
