Vision-X opened its first Philippine site in Makati City during the launch of its first outbound program on 2003. The Manila site has grown to handle customer service, inbound sales, outbound sales, technical, e-mail and chat supports to US-based customers in the financial services, telecommunications, fashion, consumer technology and other industries.
Vision-X also provides customer service support to the Asia-Pacific customers of one of its clients in different languages such as Thai, Bahasa, Vietnamese, Tamil, Japanese, and Korean.
Vision-X opened its second site last 2006 to accommodate the company’s growth. Currently, the company has a total of 2,000 seats in the Philippines.
