I’m an undergraduate but because of my family situation, I decided to look for work. Surfing on the Net, I sent my resume online to JobsDB. A day later, I got a call from its Placement Department asking me to test for its vacant positions of call center clients. The entire testing process – electronic tests, screening, and interview at JobsDB, then back to the hiring company – took less than a week. I also did voice recording interviews and internet exams for Branders. After less than seven days, I was told that I was accepted. Other undergraduates applied, some like me were accepted, others were turned down. I think one of the things in my favor was my confidence. I knew what I wanted and I told them. Now, I’ve just started in Branders and I’m very happy working here.
