CAREER & ENTREPRENEURSHIP 2008

I.   CEF Main

Thank you for making the Career and Entrepreneurship Fair 2008 an overwhelming success!

The Career and Entrepreneurship Fair held last May 21 and 22 at the World Trade Center is considered as the biggest job fair yet this 2008 with an estimated 15,000 jobseekers and around 100 companies.

Aside from the thousands of job openings, CEF also boasted of an estimated 50 people who were hired by several companies on the spot during the duration of the fair through the Career Card, a faster application system that’s easy, faster and job-hunter friendly.

Gracing the event were our Special Guests of Honor: The Honorable Vice President Noli de Castro (4th from left), Secretary Cerge Remonde of the Presidential Management Staff (third from left), Mr. Peter Musngi, Head, Manila Radio and Sports Division, ABS-CBN (second from left), and Mr. Victor Fernandez, President, Philippine Association of Service Exporters, Inc.  (first from left.)  Ms. Jayjay Viray, JobsDB Phils, Inc.’s General Manager (see picture below) was also present in the ribbon-cutting ceremony.”

As part of our promise to bring job opportunities to the people, the CEF will extend its reach to other parts of the country. On July 10 and 11 at the SM City Cebu Trade Hall, join us as we open doors of opportunities to the people of Cebu.

Be part of the Career and Entrepreneurship Fair 2008 in Cebu! Kahigayunan nga Makatrabaho Alang sa Tanan!
