LOOK WHERE YOU WANT TO GO

“All who have accomplished great things have had a great aim, have fixed their gaze on a goal which was high, one which sometimes seemed impossible.” -- Orison Swett Mrden

If you ask race car drivers how they are able to get themselves through those tight places without hitting anything, what they will tell you is this: “Look where you want to go, not where you don’t want to go.”

If you look at the wall, chances are, you will hit it. We can use this metaphor in our personal lives as well as our professional lives. We need to focus on what we want in life rather than on what we don’t want. All too often, people spend most of their time and energy thinking about what they want to get rid of, “I want to lose ten pounds” or “I wish I didn’t have these problems.” We need instead to focus on what we want. Sky divers are able to link up in midair by looking into the eyes of the person they want to connect with. Their bodies then follow and automatically move toward each other. I realized that this is the same principle in action. Look where you want to go, connect yourself to what you want to achieve, and automatically, you will hit it! Advance confidently in the direction of your goals and you will succeed.

Here are some A-Z tips to do these:

These A-Z tips are simple steps to succeed in any chosen field of endeavor which you may select or may have an opportunity to take. As you move on with your career-path, you would find yourself already oriented as to what to expect; you would discover that you have now developed a firm base for further achievement; and you would experience a considerable pleasure in the relative ease with which you would aim for your goals in life.

                                                   Harmony within the Self

You may be a leader among men because you shall be guided and sustained by a power greater than yourself. You will have no conflict within you because you will create harmony within your “self”. The good in you will prevail and it will be your strength.  With your goals well planned, your values intact, your program activated, and your relationships with family friends nurtured, your life will be filled with joy and happiness.

                                                    Each One is Unique

Persons who value themselves appreciate their own uniqueness. Each one of us is unique.  We all experience a sense of belonging and belief in our competence. That helps us to lead lives of integrity, vision, courage, commitment, productivity, satisfaction, and happiness in every aspect of our lives, from the most intimate to the most global. That must include our family life, community affiliations, and our workplaces. This century’s global technological advancement requires persons who are responsible individuals, comfortable within themselves, and are able to work and relate with “others” in harmony. Let this be your goal; let this be your dream!
