TDS has been providing clients with global outsourcing and back-office solutions since 1991. Since then, the company has supported over 450 captive and outsourced teleservices and BPO providers’ human capital and process development needs. In 1998, TDS-Asia Pacific in Tokyo was launched, which provided contact center consulting and training services in the region. Last year, TDS has formed a new company in the Dominican Republic to better support the “near-shore” clients. The Contact Center Institute Las Americas serves the Carribbean and Latin America (CALA) region. Many TDS clients operate contact centers in the United States, offshore, and near-shore locations. TDS is there to support them.
